Terms of use

Effective 7 October 2026. SheetSure is a personal project. Questions: hello@sheetsure.com.

What SheetSure is

A free tool that converts workbooks between Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and checks the results. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Using it

  • Only upload files you have the right to use.
  • Don't use SheetSure for anything illegal, don't try to break or overload it, and don't get around its limits (for example with many addresses or automated requests).

Your files

They stay yours. We use them only to convert or check them, and we delete them as the privacy policy describes.

The results

Conversion is automatic. Most formulas give the same result in the other product, but some can't be converted and some may differ. Check the converted file before you rely on it; the Report tab in the file is there for that. You're responsible for how you use the results.

No guarantees

SheetSure is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. It may be unavailable or change at any time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using SheetSure or relying on its results, including lost data, profits or business.

Free service and limits

SheetSure is free today, with the limits shown on the site. We may change the limits, add paid plans, or stop the service. Paid plans would come with their own terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above. Using SheetSure after that means you accept the new version.

Trademarks

Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets belong to their owners. SheetSure isn't affiliated with Microsoft or Google.
